Had a traditional alpine feel to the hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice location. Pro tip get a room not on the street side the church bells are loud.

I love how comfortable the bed is! I rested super well! The room was spotless. The staff has been very nice and has a good location. There is a bank nearby and a couple of convenient stores. The hotel is about 12 minutes from the center / Marienplatz. I’d recommend it for solo travelers if they plan to visit Garmisch

Hat mir gefallen, aber man bekommt eher eine Absteige. Ich fand die Heizung viel zu hoch eingestellt und habe kein Thermostat gesehen, um die Temperatur zu ?ndern. Zus?tzlich gab es das Problem, dass die Internetverbindung in meinem Zimmer schlecht war. Ich habe daher mein eigenes Internet genutzt. Eine Modernisierung der Zimmer w?re sch?n besonders, wenn man 100 € pro Nacht bezahlt

Our suite was huge with a wraparound balcony. The staff was eager to please. Unfortunately, the town can be completely toured in just a couple of hours.

Charming old world hotel with authentic details. Comfortable room with all amenities. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, had omelet station in addition to large spread of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and more. Lovely fresh squeezed orange juice too. Staff extremely accommodating and lots of space to relax.

Excellent Mountain View and the staff was exceptional. They genuinely elevated the stay from a good one to a great one.

Nice place, terrible staff
Nice place but terrible staff. At the front desk it clearly states that the sauna can be turned on by request, at least two hours before use. We requested it be turned on in the morning and were told it would only be turned on in the afternoon. Why put the sign there if it's a lie? Then at checkout, we were a about 15 mins late and they wanted us to pay €20. The room wasn't even rented that night (I asked the night before in case we wanted to extend)

H?tel bien placé pour visiter les lacs, les gorges et le point culminant de l’Allemagne.
